This weekly virtual space is perfect for you if you are:
an expectant or new mama desiring community where you can talk about the REAL DEAL with parenting - he joys, challenging and confusing identity shifts - all of it!
looking for simple and sustainable practices to support your wellness during this unique season seeking tools to feel more like yourself, even as life has changed dramatically

Guided breathwork, grounding meditations, loosely structured reflection and free flowing conversations that touch on the following topics:
Exploring emotions

4 live, personalized workshops. These are tailored to who shops up! I’ve got so many tools and resources for us, but I listen to YOUR needs, and we adjust to meet them.
FREE one on one coaching session with me, Jess! I always forget to mention this lol, not sure why! But this is such a valuable component….This is where we can go DEEP on what YOU need.

What topics might we cover
We've covered topics such as:
birth story celebration and/or healing.
relationship to body (while pregnant or post pregnancy)
partner dynamics and how to navigate changes in time/roles/connection
what does “success” look and feel like in this chapter while I'm working in a different way
what movement feels good, and when do I feel most like this new version of myself
exploring values and how to increase the amount of time spent in alignment with those values
how presence and mindfulness can support a rapidly changing season
