Whether you’re looking to try coaching for the first time, or desire to revisit the accountability of a coach to deepen your current practices, I’d love to work with you to meet your unique goals!

Ways to work together

1:1 coaching

Coaching can range from the professional to the personal, and it is all starts with the brave first step to say YES! In my coaching relationships, I prioritize getting to know you, your values, your goals, and then provide time, space, resources and tools to guide you on your own growth journey. I deeply believe in the power of coaching, the use of data and accountability, and the wisdom of intuition. I use the combination of all of these to support you on your individualized journey!

Connect with me about your coaching needs, to learn more about one another, and decide if we want to work together!

Workshops for Educators

Learning in community is such a powerful way yo experience the benefits of mindfulness, reflection, and inquiry based learning.

While I love to customize workshops for schools and groups of educators, I also have a few workshops already created that I LOVE to offer.

Yoga, Retreats & Workshops

Yoga, mindfulness and community are powerful tools for healing, growth and joy. These practices support me on a daily basis to be grounded, present, and hold the daily wins and challenges lightly. I have personally experienced so much healing through embodied movement, breath and sharing in community, and I bring that wisdom in my teaching.

Check out weekly classes (vinyasa for all and prenatal) and upcoming special retreats and workshops!

“Educators need instructional and leadership coaches because we require these 10,000 hours of practice and feedback. Coaches facilitate practice, create opportunities for feedback, cultivate self-reflection, and provide guidance so that we don't keep repeating the same ineffective actions year after year. Although effective instructional coaching is not the only way to do this, it's a well-researched and proven mechanism for teacher improvement. Even beyond the 10,000 hours: Coaching is a way for professionals to continue refining their skills; after all, even professional athletes at the top of their game have coaches.

“Jess has strong leadership qualities refined by years of mentoring new and experienced teachers. Her rare command of the full breadth of academic content stem from over a decade in the classroom and coaching educators in all subject areas. Those who work with Jess know to expect this skill set to be delivered with a people - first approach that leads with heart, compassion and curiosity.”
